By accessing and using CSPM Zero ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

CSPM Zero provides cloud security posture management to help organizations enhance their cloud security. The Service includes, but is not limited to, risk assessment, policy enforcement, anomaly detection, and automated remediation functionalities.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the Service
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service according to these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

You are prohibited from using the Service to:
Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or the Service.

8. Modifications to the Service and Prices
CSPM Zero reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice.
9. Termination
You can terminate your use of the Service at any time. CSPM Zero also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice for any breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CSPM Zero does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will CSPM Zero be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
12. Changes to the Terms
CSPM Zero reserves the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
